Danyell
Leavitt was born in the Bay Area but has called Las Vegas her
home for the past 18 years. She started gymnastics at 9 years
old and began competing shortly after. She was a competitive
gymnast at GymCats West inc. until 1997. In 1998 she found her
next love, coaching, and has been coaching in Las Vegas and England
since then. In Fall of 2000 she spent 81 days on the
backpacking trip of a life time. She loves rock climbing and
the outdoors and is currently a candidate for Bachelor of Arts in
Physical Education at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas in
December 2002. She loves being part of Ultraviolet because it
allows her to use her gymnastics background in a creative
atmosphere. |
