Courtney
Perna started dance and gymnastics at a young age in
southeastern Michigan and continued training through college.
As a Head Instructor for the National Dance Alliance, she spent six
summers traveling all over the nation running high school dance
conventions. During the school year, Courtney was a member of
Michigan State University's dance team "MSU Motion" that
was ranked third in the nation among collegiate dance teams.
After graduation with a degree in broadcast journalism and working
as a student reporter for CNN, she landed a job reporting local news
at a CBS station in Lansing, MI.
Missing the performance part of her life, Courtney decided to quit
her job and move to Las Vegas to pursue a career in dance and
acrobatics. After a brief run as a magician's assistant you
can now catch Courtney dancing and tumbling in the legendary Les
Folies Bergere show at the Tropicana. |
